Returns
At David Hook Wines, we take great care in producing, packaging and delivering our wines. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within7 days of deliveryat sales@davidhookwines.com.auwith your order details and a description of the issue. Where appropriate, please include photographs of any damaged goods.
We will assess your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Faulty Wine
If your wine arrives damaged, leaking, or has been affected during delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the packaging and affected bottles to assist with our assessment and with our delivery partner claims.
Approved claims will be resolved by either:
- replacing the affected product (subject to availability); or
- providing a refund or credit for the affected product.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of wine products and alcohol regulations, we are unable to accept returns of wine that has been delivered correctly and is not damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
Please choose your wines carefully. If you have questions about a wine before ordering, we are always happy to provide advice.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once a refund has been approved, please allow5–10 business daysfor the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was damaged or faulty.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the returns policy above.
